Backup Tape Media Offsite Vault Storage
Our state of the art vaults protect your backup media from the usual hazards that could damage them. These hazards include humidity, changes in temperature, and natural or man made disasters. Our vaults exceed governmental and IRS storage guidelines and are monitored 24 hours a day by a third party security service. Special intrusion alarms have been included for increased security and a halon / waterless fire suppression system to prevent damage in case of a fire.
Since our vaults are underground they are easily climate and humidity controlled year round. They were also built with 30” reinforced concrete walls which can ensure that your records are kept in the same condition we receive them until you need to retrieve them. We also provide local pick up and delivery for your records, as well as 24 hour emergency retrieval and 7 days a week access for authorized personnel.
